Barbara Burrows submitted her tribute to Nancy Soules, with whom she worked while at AO.
Here are Barbara's comments about Nancy:

" I sat next to her in Customer Service for many years. She was a good friend and was very helpful when I needed a question answered.  She left AO to work in Connecticut because it was closer to her new trailer that she was so proud of. She left in 1983. She got sick in 1998 and they could not find the problem. Nancy was laid to rest on August 30, 1999. God Bless Her!"
